We practice fulfilled living. Our classes, circles, sits, dances, etc., are challenging, spiritual, nurturing and tailored to address individual needs. All levels of ability and experience are honored. Regular practice melts holds and habits that block your natural vitality, peace and freedom. We become soulful, playful, connected. Wear loose clothing. We provide mats, towels, water.
Classes
Transformational, Inspirational, Experience, Self-Healing – Hutch, Marti, Christina and Cain do their unique take on slow, flow yoga, breathing, mantra, mudra and meditation. Experience your powerful, authentic, blissful self. Wonderful combinations of spirit and exercise. Cain's classes employ lots of Taoist Yoga techniques of self-healing.
Flow Yoga - Builds strength, stamina, focus, and flexibility. Often called Vinyasa, this style flows from pose to pose, coordinating breath with movement. A well-balanced practice, it is effort and ease, exercise and spirituality.
Basic & Beyond -- We focus on yoga’s basics: breathing, relaxation, building strength, stamina, focus, and flexibility. We go at a pace that allows more time to learn the practices.
Shamanic Disco -
Share sacred space in community, conscious dance and movement to sounds from another world. No talking on the dance floor. Space is limited, pay at the door.
Shamanic Journey – Lucid dreaming triggered by native drumming. Explore other dimensions and touch your natural wisdom. Special 6 week series to kick off your year!
Support Circles - To empower men and women to transform, experience joy, effectiveness and connection. We hold the vision of a renewed sense of passion, personal responsibility and ability to live in sustainable community.
Restorative/Yin Yoga and Peotry Reading - A safe, gentle, nurturing practice. Rest, recover, relax and heal (Hutch reads poetry in the Restorative). ( Yin uses passive stretching. Restorative is supported posiitons.)
Anusara Inspired Yoga – Daniella teaches a yoga based on flowing with nature and following one’s heart. A challenging practice grounded in the ideal of intrinsic goodness.
Samba Dance - Learn how to shake your hips and booty! And dance your way to BodyJoy in Theresa's Beginning Samba Dance class for women and men. This class also includes hot LIVE Samba drumming!
Yogat for Kids – A healthy and fun class geared towards kids ages 4-8. A great start in cultivating a healthy lifestyle. No previous experience is necessary.
Yoga for the Special Child – Yoga to support development of the special needs child. Contact us if the Monday afternoon time doesn’t work and we’ll see if private lessons do.
Qigong/Taiji - Traditional Chinese breathing and movement exercises. Taiji is understood to be the highest conceivable principle of how existence flows.
Are you pregnant?
Prenatal Yoga – This class integrates yoga with coping and parenting strategies. Each class includes time for sharing and discussion. Just drop in. Helga also teaches Mondays at 9am and expectant moms are welcome there and with other teachers as well.
